Karen led franchise sales and franchisee support before buying her own franchise group. Karen sold her franchise and exited 2 years later, moving to CA to help grow Linda Evans Fitness before she joined Club One. At Club One, she led marketing, sales and member services for Southern CA while consolidating and integrating the 4 acquired brands into the Club One model.
Karen began her fitness career in the Windy City, starting out as the second employee of Women’s Workout World. She grand-opened 16 locations, sold 12 franchises, and acquired her first certification with ACSM while leading sales, operations and franchise support to help build the company to over $10M in revenue before buying her own franchise group.
Karen went on to help grow Linda Evans Fitness before joining Club One to lead Sales, Marketing and Operations for Southern California. She then took the Sales Leader role for all Club One properties before becoming CMO. Karen took her growth experience to Silicon Valley and Seattle to work with a number of fitness startups before joining Total Woman Gym + Spa. After shattering 6 long-standing sales records and setting a record for presale and grand-opening, Karen co-founded Impact Sales Academy to take her expertise in sales, marketing and growth strategies to health, fitness and wellness companies and franchises around the U.S.
