Karen led franchise sales and franchisee support before buying her own franchise group. Karen sold her franchise and exited 2 years later, moving to CA to help grow Linda Evans Fitness before she joined Club One. At Club One, she led marketing, sales and member services for Southern CA while consolidating and integrating the 4 acquired brands into the Club One model.
Karen led franchise sales and franchisee support before buying her own franchise group. Karen sold her franchise and exited 2 years later, moving to CA to help grow Linda Evans Fitness before she joined Club One. At Club One, she led marketing, sales and member services for Southern CA while consolidating and integrating the 4 acquired brands into the Club One model. She assisted the chain with growing to $60M while running enterprise sales, and finally leading marketing as CMO.
After Club One, Karen worked in Silicon Valley and Seattle with a number of fitness startups before joining Total Woman Gym + Spa to assist the CEO with aggressive growth plans. She met Brittany Bachman while working at Total Woman, and together they broke sales records that had endured the 44 year history of the chain. Impact Sales Academy was born when word of their successes spread and they began fielding calls from business owners across the industry who wanted help growing their businesses.

After exiting her franchise, she continued to pursue grand-opening locations and troubleshooting distressed locations, setting a barrage of sales records along the way. Brittany’s joy is training teams and turning team members who don’t like to sell into top performers.
