We’ll help you set up your portal
Whenever you start with us, we’ll help you get started. Our support staff will set up your portal with you in order to make sure it is branded with your logo and colors, and set up staff accounts.
We will import all your clients
As soon as your portal has been set up, we will start by importing your clients. We will guide you in creating an export from your previous software. Importing your clients usually last no longer then five days, though if it concerns a large volume, it might take longer.
All client data will be imported, including: basic client information, memberships, bank details and contract details.
We can import your current clients from the following systems: B.o.s.s, MindBodyOnline, Coach, Control Plus, Vreugd Software, Logifit and more.

We will customize your own mobile app
If you choose to get your own app from Virtuagym, we will help you set this up and get you up to speed on how the custom app works. We will style the app with your branding and register your app in the app stores.

Will I always retain the features and functionality that I have access to now?
You’ll always have full access to the features that you have access to today in your existing package and contacts plan.
We retain the core functionality in each of the tools, while adding in new features and improving the usability via a smoother and more intuitive interface.
Do I have to pay more for these new tools? Are you changing my pricing?
Your current pricing will remain unchanged according to your current package and contacts plan. If you upgrade your package or increase your contact tier you would do so according to the latest pricing plan.
Will anything be removed? If it is, shouldn't I be paying less?
New tools will allow you to perform the same tasks as before, and then some. Of course, whenever you’re making interface and layout changes, it’s inevitable that the steps necessary to accomplish a task will change (generally they will become easier, more intuitive, or more robust).
But these changes would represent a change in process, not in functionality. If a change in process arises that you don’t know how to deal with, please refer to the Virtuagym help documentation, give our support team a call.
Why can't I migrate my data to the new features yet?
Whenever we develop new features, we want to get them out to our customers as quickly as possible. But it’s not always a straightforward matter when it involves migrating your data from one system to another. Because everybody’s integration is a little different, it’s impossible to migrate everyone at precisely the same time and in precisely the same way.
Our first priority is to ensure that your data, templates, and existing clients — all of the hard work you’ve put in so far — migrate seamlessly to your new portal.
While we understand it’s not ideal to have to space out the migration process, our goal is to balance speed of roll-out with data integrity.
How long will a migration take?
The date of your migration will depend on a number of factors. We will stay in continuous contact with you to update you on the migration and usually it takes 5 business days to get it done, barring exceptions. When your portal is nearly ready, we’ll let you know either by email or by phone.
