Silver Club is a gym from Mexico for elderly people who want to stay physically, mentally, and socially active.

Inspired by elderly people in dire need of support, they founded Gericare three years ago in San Pedro Garza García, México. Thanks to extensive experience in psychogerontology and psychotherapy paired with an unshakable determination, they had all it took to be successful.
At first, their objective was to help and care for elderly people suffering from cognitive disorders. Later on, the demand for a fun and healthy center for people over 60 grew tremendously. That’s when Silver Club came to be. Gericare created their own health club that opened its doors to seniors citizens who also simply wished to stay physically, mentally and socially active.
Back in the day, Diego Pérez and Sustiel Varón mainly used spreadsheets to manage Silver Club. Manually entering clients’ information, scheduling classes, gathering invoices and other time-consuming tasks were unnecessary everyday issues. It was time for a change!
The two founders wanted to collect and organize all data in one single place to simplify their membership management. But these two businesswomen didn’t stop at short-term goals. Their ambition led them to want a standardize billing process that would later facilitate the implementation of their growing company outside San Pedro Garza García. The switch to technology was the obvious answer to their needs.
But now the challenge was finding the right software that would not only solve their membership management problems, but also adapt to their all-round wellness approach and mature clientele. When looking at various softwares, Diego Pérez and Sustiel Varón found that none truly fitted their particular needs.
