Poli Moutevelidis is a personal trainer in Dortmund who uses his experience as a high-level bodybuilder to help other achieve their goals. He has been a personal trainer for the past 18 years.
Then, in 2012, he took his dream to the next level by starting his own company in Dortmund, Germany, with his wife Nadja. At the same time, he expanded his marketing efforts with a new channel to broadcast his knowledge and experience: podcasts. In “Change Starts Now”, Poli teaches his listeners about strength training, personal fitness and healthy eating.
