Hey, guys! I need to get rid off of lot of fatness in like 6 -8 weeks. What is best to eat in this period? I heard low carb diet is the fastest but how healthy it is? I also work and write a lot of stuff. I need to be a princess at the graduation prom and to prove myself that I can. Please, help!

Hi, IoanaSavin a suggestion I can you is for what the best thing to eat:
Protein: Meats, fish, peanuts
Calcium: Milk, orange juice, yogurt
Have a mixture of 3-7 serving of both veggies & fruits
take multivitamins
substitute white rice for brown & white bread for wheat bread or wrap breads.
Stay hydrated
rest
exercise at least 3times a week or more
Invite others to go exercise with you
eliminate all soda & mayo
Smoothie
green tea help decrease belly fat

Hey everyone just signed up and already loving it. I have to loose as much weight as possible by the summer. I'm not looking at this as a diet but a life style change. In order for me to have children ( hopefully this summer) my doctor will not do IVF until I loose weight. I don't blame her and anyways, I want to be able to play with my kids and be around for them and lead by example for a health life.

Hi I'm just starting my new journey to living a healthier lifestyle. I'm married with 2 Furbabies both are dachshunds. Any advice would be great I'm looking to lose almost 200lbs.

My suggestion: Get a physical exam done, Start out small with the healthy lifestyle transformation. For example, Changing little by little what foods you consume. Beginning walking with a friend around the park or neighborhood. After you achieved walking around the park and neighborhood, you can ask people what gym membership would be good for you to be a apart of.
