fed up i gave all the crap up even tho i dident have that much in first place only need to lose a stone been exercising every day and dosent seem to be doing anything getting fed up anyone else having this trouble i could realy do with a boost right now sorry dont mean to moan and well done for everyone whos trying and winning i know its hard work

I can when I look at the page for challenges only see 12 challenges . Before I could see all. What is wrong?

Hi Susanne, thanks for your message. Your club manager has ticket the box 'only show club challenges'. You only can see the challenges of Studio40 at the moment. You can tick the box off yourself, then you will see all the other challenges again.

je suis incapable de syncroniser mon apps depuis peu, j'ai la derniere version de google play et j'ai un galaxy S2. De plus, il me demande de devenir Pro et ne reconnait pas que je suis DEJA Pro... je ne peux donc pas utiliser mes entrainement personnels. Pouvez vous me dire comment regler ce probleme tres frustrant.

Hi Posseder, thanks for your message. Can you check if your internet connection is working? Do you still have the synchronization problems once you've clicked in the menu on 'synchronization'? are you using an Apple or Android phone? And make sure you are logged in with the mail address posseder123@hotmail.com. Can you check that for me? Hope to hear from you!

yes... my internet connections working....Yes im log in the good account.... Also only have problem with this application..... the only way i found to solved it is disconect my account... lose all my data.. and reconnect... and waiting 4-5 min for the sync and download all data.....have to do this EACH time i use the apps.... Im on android 4.0.4 and the last virtuagym google play store update.

I have same problem. Seemingly, in my Android device i'm logged in. Yet whenever i touch the sycn logo the "Synchronization failed, check your email and password" alert displays. I'm worry about my workouts records of months will be lost.

Hi Dan, thanks for your message! Indeed, this option is unfortunately no longer available, since Apple forbids linking through to a website in this way. We're looking into a way to still have the app link through to the portal, but since Apple rejects our updates with the link in there, it might not be possible. Our apologies for the inconvenience!

So after completing my nutrition plan, the paragraph on the left says my protein intake is increased while my carbs and fat are balanced. The pie chart on the right seems to have the incorrect proportions, shouldn't protein be 50% and carbs 25%?

Hi there, thanks for your message! I understand the text might sound different than what the chart is saying, but you should know that with a normal, durable plan the percentages are devided 55/15/30. So 25 is already a big increase on protein and 50% carbs is quite low. That's what we mean by balanced :-)

Is it posible to be added as progress tracker:
BW bench press (amount of repetitions made with a barrel load equal with body weight)
1/2 BW bench press (same above with half body weight)
BW military press
1/2 military press
BW squats
1/2 squats
Also a custom feature will be very helpful.

Hi Vali, thanks for your message! I agree with a custom feature, though it's difficult how to set this up technically that it connects to the right things, but we're definitely looking into this. The rest of your requests I've added to our list, so hopefully they can be added soon. I'll keep you updated!

Okay, I like what I see, the amount of content for free users is stupendous. Using with android and desktop win 8.1. Chrome browser. If I can stay consistent in my work outs I may be a future paying customer.
Couple of suggestions and comments:
1. When I add the custom workout plan I made on my phone to the calendar using chrome on the desktop, all of my activities end up in reverse.
2.It would be nice if there was a basic editor for free users on the website like the one on android, kind of a pain to have to edit my plan on my phone. The wizard is cool but doesn't help me with my plan (side note: it would be nice also if i could also enter a default lift weight on the phone)
3.Workout player doesn't play my custom workout on the Desktop like it does on the phone.
4. Add search filter for Pro/Free

Basically if your developers could all get on the same page and provide all the same functionality for free users on the phone and desktop I think allot of people would be more inclined to go pro.

I absolutely agree that basic functions should be the same on phone and website, so I've passed on your comments to our developers to take a look at.
