Hi Floor, enjoying the VG system so far!
Just a schedule question/suggestion: As a trainer I offer both 30m and 60m session lengths. As far as I can see there is no way for a client to choose their booking length. So far I've loaded everything in as half-hour blocks but if a client wants to book for an hour then they have to book 2x half hours back to back as a work-around, then they would get 2x reminders etc and the pricing doesn't work as two half hours would cost slightly more than a 1 hour. It would be great if there was an option to let the client choose from pre-set booking lengths - in my case it would be 30 or 60min sessions.
Thanks! Also, +1 for the addition of supersets/circuits in the training planner - looking forward to that one. :-)

i know this sounds like a daft question, but how does the leader board work? Is the table position purely on points, as I think that would mean I should be on it!

Hi Claire, thanks for your message! The leaderboard is indeed based on fitpoints, but it is calculated each month. The total amount of your fitpoints is high enough, but for this month you're not quite there yet.. Keep working out and logging your activities, that will get you up there! :-)

I would like to see the ability to to program super sets in the workout planner. As it stands now I have to leave notes for clients on how I would like the exercises to progress. IE do 3 exercises in a row with no rest between each exercise, then rest after 3rd exercise for time prescribed.

Hi Mike, thanks for your message! We are indeed working on a new version of the plan editor in which you can easily create supersets. For now, we advise to make special activities for it. Hi Shawn, thanks for your message! I see you've logged in with a client's account, instead of your employee account. Your employee account is connected to the email smitchynz@gmail.com. Try logging in with that email, if you don't know the password anymore, you can request a new one on the login page. Let me know if that works!

HI, I just download this app and created my profile. I have a fitbit and I have synced the accounts together but it doesnt seem to be exactly the same. For example today I have 5,693 steps but virtuagym only logged just around 600. Also yesterday virtuagym logged over 400 active minutes but my fitbit only has 40 minutes.

Just trying to understand how both platforms are connected. Thanks!

Hi Heather, thanks for your message! I've checked your profile and the FitBit steps were now compliant with your fitbit account I believe. Sometimes it takes a while to sync up. Only the steps and calories burnt with those steps are sent through to Virtuagym, and Virtuagym just syncs everything that comes through to your online FitBit account. Hope that makes sense!

I'm still confused by this as i cant tell if all the info fitbit collects gets passed on to virtuagym? Very active mins, workout calories logged on fitbit? should they be logged on virtua gym?if not how do you get the fit points for doing them?if you are meant to log them what has the fitbit already counted we dont want a double count.......

Hi Sam, thanks for your message! The only thing the Fitbit syncs with VirtuaGym is the total amount of steps and the calories that were burned with those steps. Active minutes are not synced, so you will need to add these yourself in the activity calendar to receive the fit points!

I am new to Virtuagym and would like to know if we can have body weight challenges. I could not find this section to incorporate into a club challenge. As an example we did a 4 point plank based on time but I could not find this to add. Appreciate your feedback

Hi Doug, thanks for your message! At this time, we only support a "lifted weight" challenge, but we are in the process of adding planking as a challenge. If there is any other challenge you'd like to have added, let me know so I can try my best for you!

Can I make a workout for a client that does not require the 3d demo? Then have it saved as 1 workout then make it so that my client can click on it to say they did it? I like to make workouts without having to use the 3d demo every time but would like to know that they did it.

Hi Linda, thanks for your message! When a client does a workout, but you don't want to use the real-time Brad Fitt doing the exercises with the client, you can just go into the activity calendar, tick all the exercises and check them as done. That way, you don't need to play the videos but the client can still say they've done the exercises :-)

By misunderstand I put the minutes value as hours and won lots of achievements, when I noticed I changed the time to the right amount but the achievements are still there, could you please take them out so I can get them fairly, please?

How do I delete invoices that were created in error?

Hi Mike, according to Dutch law (not sure how it is in your country) you are unable to delete invoices due to invoice nr's that cannot be missing. So the best thing to do is to credit the invoice. That option you find at the top right of the screen under "options" when you're in the invoice itself.

Hi Mike, in addition to what Floor said: you can delete, but it's not advised as your invoice numbers won't follow-up correctly (and the IRS may have questions :) ). You can still find it back by searching for the invoice number, which will be on status Deleted then. I just tried to credit and delete an invoice here and it seemed to work okay. Floor will get back to you soon!
