I am not a PRO user but today a new user , supposingly female, has sent emails stating they are male and asking about dating - not what I expected from here. Smells of a scam. Can non pro people block specific users from bugging them?
I'm becoming very frustrated with the Virtuagym food app. I find it very difficult to get it to app to sync or even to find the correct foods. I wish foods were entered per ounce rather than per 100 ounces. Currently, the app won't even let me enter any foods. I've been having this problem for about a week. It will spin (think) forever and then tell me there is a sync issue. The app will then tell me I have a password issue even though I've logged in. Any advice you could give would be appreciated.
I was just wondering why the nutrition Android app only takes into account calories burnt via Virtuagym, but the desktop version nutrition diary takes into account calories burnt from Virtuagym and Fitbit? It would be great if the Android app would have the calories burnt from Virtuagym and Fitbit like the desktop version, thanks :)
Hey, I've just subscribed to this because you seemed the best for the price and your UI design is good, however the UX is a nightmare. On mobile, PLEASE make it possible to view the activity videos when we are creating workouts. If I'm creating one and I want to see a video of an activity to decide if I want to add it, the only way is to add it first, save the workout, then start it (!) which finally lets me click on the activities to see them, and then I have to go to the calendar and delete the workout because I didn't actually do it. This is nuts! Also, when I add an activity it takes me out of the list of activities and back to the workout page... but I'm not done adding for that muscle group yet! Then I have to choose the muscle group again, scroll down all the way to where I was and keep looking for activities (I rarely remember their names and I'm trying to discover new ones). I add another one, back to workout page again! Just let us keep adding exercises from say the 'abs' activity list until we're done with those, then we can choose to go back to the muscle groups page to choose exercises for a different group. Also, in the muscles groups diagram you should have a 'cardio' category too. Allow us to scroll faster by using one of those scroll bars that show the initial, like in contact lists. Allow us to bookmark some of your workouts, for example if I know I'll want to do the 'Abs & cardio' workout often, let me add it to 'My workouts' when I select it, or to a new 'bookmarked' menu, not just add to calendar. Allow us to filter activities and workouts by equipment. This leads me to your portal. I thought it would be easier to create workouts there but it's also a mess. In the wizard it lets me select machines OR dumbbells OR no equipment. What if I want 2 or 3 of those? It's either or! Now on the portal along with activities and workouts we have plans. Why the inconsistency with mobile? Anyway, there's a lot more to complain about on the web portal, could go on and on. I'm an information designer so I know about usability, you're pretty terrible at it, even though your app looks good. If I hadn't paid for a year I wouldn't be bothering, you require too much effort from the user to get around your terrible UX shortcomings.
All my "Chin ups" exercises have change name to "Pull up neutral grip"? Have you change name? If so "Pull up reverse grip" had been a better replace. All my logs now says ""Pull up neutral grip" and I do not get any count in my week and year "Chin ups" challenges .. :-(

If not then here is my request, right now I would like to reset my future planned workouts, however since I set them for 16 weeks I have to go into every day and manually delete it, it would be great to have an option to reset/clear all future activities in the schedule :D

Hi Becky, we apologize for the inconvenience. Could you try to log out and then log back in? This could help. Also can you tell us if you are using the Android or iPhone app so we can identify the issue?
