The apple product mobile app does not offer the option to get on the Web Portal. The Android mobile app allows for this option. My clients really appreciate this option. Could this be added to the apple product mobile apps?

Hi Julie, thanks for your message! This Web Portal option was in the iOS app, but unfortunately Apple no longer allows us to link through to the portal through the app. We are working hard on adding challenges and the community to the mobile app, so soon your clients won't need to go to the web portal that often. For now, all I can suggest is to manually go to the browser version by using the internet app unfortunately.

Please explain. Julie and Floor: If we have our company APP and our clients down load it from Apple, they are not able to link directly to our portal only Android?
That's correct. They can still access the web portal through their online option on the phone just not directly through the app.

In my Android app, there's a button next to the "Sync Now" command in the main menu (top right corner) that opens a sort of barcode scanner (as I understand it, but I'm probably wrong): a square window with a feed from my phone's camera with a horizontal red line in the middle. What exactly is the use for this button? Thanks in advance.

Hi Josh, thanks for your message! This option is still in it's beta phase, but can be used by your club to connect certain exercises to. What I mean by that is that your club could print out QR codes and hang them up at certain exercises (like a rowing machine) and when you scan that QR code, the exercise will come up in your calendar right away. But as I said, we are still developing this option so the QR codes for activities are not yet available. Will be soon though!

When I create my own workout, it does not save weight and time for exercise, default values are used. For example default for elliptical is 30min but I always do 10 min and have to fix it each time. Is it defect or be design?

Hi Alex, thanks for your message. When you add your workout to your activity calendar, put your weights and time in it, and then check the activity as done. Your values will be saved and will pop up the next time you do the exercise. Let me know if this works for you, or if you mean something else!

Thanks Mahou, I did the following : activity calendar : choose a day :add workout : my workouts : repeat once. Than I changed weight and time for exercises and set all items to complete.
Then repeat all steps, but no weight or time saved from last time, I have to enter again.
But when I add just exercise it works as expected, the issue only with workouts.
I use android, Galaxy s6

I can when I look at the page for challenges only see 12 challenges . Before I could see all. What is wrong?

Hi Susanne, thanks for your message. Your club manager has ticket the box 'only show club challenges'. You only can see the challenges of Studio40 at the moment. You can tick the box off yourself, then you will see all the other challenges again.

je suis incapable de syncroniser mon apps depuis peu, j'ai la derniere version de google play et j'ai un galaxy S2. De plus, il me demande de devenir Pro et ne reconnait pas que je suis DEJA Pro... je ne peux donc pas utiliser mes entrainement personnels. Pouvez vous me dire comment regler ce probleme tres frustrant.

Hi Posseder, thanks for your message. Can you check if your internet connection is working? Do you still have the synchronization problems once you've clicked in the menu on 'synchronization'? are you using an Apple or Android phone? And make sure you are logged in with the mail address posseder123@hotmail.com. Can you check that for me? Hope to hear from you!

yes... my internet connections working....Yes im log in the good account.... Also only have problem with this application..... the only way i found to solved it is disconect my account... lose all my data.. and reconnect... and waiting 4-5 min for the sync and download all data.....have to do this EACH time i use the apps.... Im on android 4.0.4 and the last virtuagym google play store update.

I have same problem. Seemingly, in my Android device i'm logged in. Yet whenever i touch the sycn logo the "Synchronization failed, check your email and password" alert displays. I'm worry about my workouts records of months will be lost.
