fed up i gave all the crap up even tho i dident have that much in first place only need to lose a stone been exercising every day and dosent seem to be doing anything getting fed up anyone else having this trouble i could realy do with a boost right now sorry dont mean to moan and well done for everyone whos trying and winning i know its hard work

Can someone please get back to me ASAP?!?!?! I've email support already but no reply yet.

I no longer have access to my personal or Professional portal. As of yesterday morning I am no longer on the leaderboard with my clients. I have no personal account and no access to my professional account.

Please don't tell me I've lost countless workouts I've logged on my own account?!?!

Hi Mark,
We've looked at your portal and profile and it does seem to be deleted. We are looking into this to see if we can restore your account. At the meantime, I have created a temporary account for you under your work-email. You should have received an invitation for that by now. Please use this account for the next few hours to manage your business and we will get back to you as soon as we've found out more.

Hi Mark, I've just found your previous employee account and since you are still connected to all your clients through that account, have now sent you an invitation for that one. We are going to look into restoring your account, but I'm a little confused. As I can see it, you have a seperate client account and a employee account right? On which one of those did you log your workouts and other stuff?

Right. We have now restored your personal account so you should be able to log in through your personal account (with your personal email) as well. Is there any damage done on your employee account or is that one okay like this?

Is it only me or the graphs of clients not showing up. I have noticed it a few times today and this is happening on all my clients profiles.

Hi Arun, what graphs exactly are you looking for? It might be that the client has changed their privacy settings so no one else can see? Let me know exactly where you're missing the graphs!
I was looking at the graphs of the weigh-ins but you may be right bout the privacy. I may have accidently done it on my end so i will double check this first and get back to you

If you go into their profile through the coach app, you will see the option "hide graphs and metrics". If you untick that it should be fixed! :)
Just so i know exactly, how can i edit this setting? Not sure how i did it the first time round,

I have double checked however, and on all of my clients the graphs for the weigh-ins is not coming up. I have checked the privacy for the clients and it says that graphs should be seen by everybody.

Hi Arun, I just checked your clients but am able to see their goals and graphs. Could you give me an example of whose graphs you cannot see? You can also send me this by email, at support@virtuagym.com

Is there a way to add my clients myself to a club challenge i have created and add them to a group i have created?

Hi Arun,
It is not possible to add them, what you can do is invite them to join your challenge. As for a group, I would suggest to post a message about it on the main community to let your clients know. In the future it will be possible to add certain clients to groups though, since we will support hidden and private groups :-)

Hi Sam, since you have used our client import, it unfortunately wasn't able to log that information in the client map. Normally when you add a client, it makes a connection with Google Maps, but with a mass import it doesn't. If you want to use the client map, you will need to edit their details and re-enter one of their address data, like their street. This should show a Google Maps reference and will update the client map.

Hi Anthony,

You can make personal training plans (that only you can see) by choosing visible for "only me" when saving a training plan. You will find that option next to the save button at the bottom right of the screen. Good luck!
He might be thinking of a more dynamic method of selectively choosing which clients can access certain content. Such as, assigning a tag to a client's member profile which can only see content he's created if they have the appropriate tag,

We do not offer that exactly at the moment. What we do offer is a difference between pro-training plans and basic training plans. When creating a plan, you can tick the box "pro only?" which makes it exclusively visible and usable for pro-members. Of course, when you create a plan visible for "only me" and assign it to one of your clients, it'll be his personal training plan for no one else to see :-)

It would be nice to not have the other pre-made plans available to the clients. I wouldn't want certain clients doing certain moves because of an injury or if they are currently in rehab. Maybe you can have an option to disable all 'pre-made' workouts virtuagym has made?

Also the Pro plan pictures look too 'cookie-cutter' or should I say cheesy.. hehe :) Would you be able to ask the programmers to have a way to Hide all workouts and have the workouts only I create be shown?

it will be too hard to monitor my clients if they have the power to pick the exercises they want. I would have it to as only I give them the workouts. Please let me know if you can have this in the next update

Hi Anthony, as you can see in the business settings under portal content, we have already created this option. At the moment it is only set for default view, but in the next update it will be locked, so you can choose for your clients to only see your club training plans. Just a little patience, it should be up and running within a week (or 2).

Hi, I have just signed up your services about 2 days ago.

I am following your "Couch to 5k in 10 week" training plan and facing with the following issues:

1) In Chrome and IE, I have problem playing the activities/plan in the workout player. It just hang there, The screens just show Get Ready and I am not able to click any of the Run or Walk at the bottom of screen (It won't scroll). The only thing working is the "Day 1 Week 1" selector on the top right hand corner.
2) In Android, when an exercise or activities is selected (e.g. Running for 1 min), I am not able to count down. As this is an interval training, I need your app to tell me when to run and when to walk. Click the Time on screen only shows "Edit Activity". Cannot click the Image too.

Kindly advice if I am doing anything incorrect.

Is there a way of creating supersets, triset and circuits for someone on a training plan so they can see that it is clearly one circuit without explanation?
I want to create a home workout for my clients which consists of three separate circuits.

You can't, but you can delete all activities in one day in one click OR delete a training plan from a Calendar at once by clicking on the title of a plan in the day overview and then delete it.

Hi Anthony, what you can do is already fill in the nutrition diary for your client in the nutrition app, and he can tick them off as eaten or not eaten, so you know if he's actually eating what you are suggesting. If you want to create a nutrition plan for him, you can do that on the main page of the nutrition app. Good luck!
