I am not a PRO user but today a new user , supposingly female, has sent emails stating they are male and asking about dating - not what I expected from here. Smells of a scam. Can non pro people block specific users from bugging them?

I'm sorry that happened to you. It happened to me only once in my time on Virtuagym. I reported it to Hugo and he handled it. The rest of us are here because we want to stay/get fit and to support others trying to do the same.

Hi janeinma, im also sorry to hear you got a spam message. These users try to abuse our system. We already build in a detection mechanist for these kind of activities (so we recognise this kind of behaviour) and these users get deactivated automatically. Yesterday this happened to the user that sent you the message. Please let me know if you experience any more of this kind of problems. So we can keep improving our spam detection machanism and make sure everybody can get fit without being spammed ;-)

Is there a way to add more exercises to the Challenges? Under the "reps" pull down menu you have a list of basic exercises. If not will this be a feature added in the future. It would be nice to be able to customize.

Hi, thanks for your feedback! Please note that these basic exercises include all their variations (i.e. squat included barbell squat, dumbbell squat, etc). I like the idea of being able to track hand-picked exercises and while it won't be at number one of our priority, we'll pick it up at some point. Thanks!

Thanks. Being able to customize to a facilities certain population I think is powerful. Especially for us in the sports performance realm. Challenges that are sport or event specific can be a big motivator and morale builder.

On another note. I'm new to the service, is there a batch way to invite all my activated clients or do I have to do it one by one?

Go to the Members and Staff app and select Dashboard in the menu above. Now at General Statistics on the lower left, click the envelop icon on the right of non-invited members to send out an invite to all non-invited members. After 1-2 week, you could do the same for invited members to remind invited members who didn't activate their account. As a professional user, you can use our Professional Feedback page (in menu on the right of this Feedback Group) or contact support directly at support(at)virtuagym.com. Thanks!

Hello. Are mainly application for Android. Found unpleasant feature - all the exercises are in order, but between sections are not separated. Let's say I want to do fitness exercises in the morning, at a press lunch in, power in the evening. And when you run in the morning on the phone it brings together all sections and holds them until you finish the last exercise. How to fix it?

Hi Ilya, it took some time to understand what you meant, but I think I know what you mean. What about adding your morning workout first and do it, then at lunch add your lunch exercise and finally in the evening add your evening workout. Would that fix your issue? Great to hear you work out multiple times per day though, respect! :)

Hi Filiz, je kunt je taal aanpassen in je accountinstellingen. Deze vind je rechtsboven in je scherm in het menu naast je naam. Kies daar voor taal en locatie en je kunt weer Nederlands kiezen. Succes! :-)

Hi Mobile app says too many failed login attempts and that i need to login to the website to unlock the account. Im in the web app and can't see how to unlock the mobile app ? (Sony Xperia Z2)

fixed it ... something to do with an update.... lost the last 2 weeks data but easy enough to remember.. Still a great app !!

BTW, I noticed you're PRO (thanks!) so for now you could recreate some of the exercises and make them time-based instead of repetition based. It's a bit of work but may be a good solution for now if it only concerns a few exercises.

Well, good luck! Try makes small changes to your lifestyle, like taking your bike to work (or park your car 10 mins walk from work), eat a piece of fruit every day, making an evening walk, etc. Of course, doing some exercises with our app wont hurt either! ;-)

Hi, i have really annoying sync problems with the android app. Im logged in with Facebook and the sync function works a couple of days or weeks. But at some point i always get an error. It is not possible to sync anymore. The only way to solve this is to log out and log in again, with the nasty side effect that all workouts on my phone which have not been allready synced get lost. Thanks for your help.

My setup: HTC One X Plus, Android 4.2.2, virtuagym v.3.2.2

I get this message in german: "Fehler bei Synchronisieren! Email und Passwort kontrollieren." Email and password are correct. Like i said, i'm logged in with my Facebook Account and haven't changed my password or something like that.
