I am not a PRO user but today a new user , supposingly female, has sent emails stating they are male and asking about dating - not what I expected from here. Smells of a scam. Can non pro people block specific users from bugging them?

I'm sorry that happened to you. It happened to me only once in my time on Virtuagym. I reported it to Hugo and he handled it. The rest of us are here because we want to stay/get fit and to support others trying to do the same.

Hi janeinma, im also sorry to hear you got a spam message. These users try to abuse our system. We already build in a detection mechanist for these kind of activities (so we recognise this kind of behaviour) and these users get deactivated automatically. Yesterday this happened to the user that sent you the message. Please let me know if you experience any more of this kind of problems. So we can keep improving our spam detection machanism and make sure everybody can get fit without being spammed ;-)

Hi, I have just signed up your services about 2 days ago.

I am following your "Couch to 5k in 10 week" training plan and facing with the following issues:

1) In Chrome and IE, I have problem playing the activities/plan in the workout player. It just hang there, The screens just show Get Ready and I am not able to click any of the Run or Walk at the bottom of screen (It won't scroll). The only thing working is the "Day 1 Week 1" selector on the top right hand corner.
2) In Android, when an exercise or activities is selected (e.g. Running for 1 min), I am not able to count down. As this is an interval training, I need your app to tell me when to run and when to walk. Click the Time on screen only shows "Edit Activity". Cannot click the Image too.

Kindly advice if I am doing anything incorrect.

Is there a way of creating supersets, triset and circuits for someone on a training plan so they can see that it is clearly one circuit without explanation?
I want to create a home workout for my clients which consists of three separate circuits.

You can't, but you can delete all activities in one day in one click OR delete a training plan from a Calendar at once by clicking on the title of a plan in the day overview and then delete it.

How can I custom a meal plan for a client?

Hi Anthony, what you can do is already fill in the nutrition diary for your client in the nutrition app, and he can tick them off as eaten or not eaten, so you know if he's actually eating what you are suggesting. If you want to create a nutrition plan for him, you can do that on the main page of the nutrition app. Good luck!

In our system, you cannot completely delete a workout, you can however edit it in a way that it turns into a completely new/different plan :-)

Hi Guys,

As the coach, can I restrict my clients from tampering with the nutrition settings and only track their food. Or, because they're a pro member, they have the freedom to do what they want?

Hi Shawn,
A client can indeed change the nutrition plan or reset calorie intake, but our experience is that clients almost never do this, because they trust the advice the coach has given them. We let them have this freedom so if they notice a change has to be made they can adjust this themselves without you having to do it. Hope this makes sense!
