Hey, I was wondering if it would be possible to create a tempo option for exercises. I use time under tension as a variable and tempo is essential to my programming. i.e. Concentric 1 second/Hold 0 second/Eccentric 3 seconds/ Hold 0 seconds = 1/-/3/-
