Hi, i have really annoying sync problems with the android app. Im logged in with Facebook and the sync function works a couple of days or weeks. But at some point i always get an error. It is not possible to sync anymore. The only way to solve this is to log out and log in again, with the nasty side effect that all workouts on my phone which have not been allready synced get lost. Thanks for your help.

My setup: HTC One X Plus, Android 4.2.2, virtuagym v.3.2.2

I get this message in german: "Fehler bei Synchronisieren! Email und Passwort kontrollieren." Email and password are correct. Like i said, i'm logged in with my Facebook Account and haven't changed my password or something like that.

Did you delete Virtuagym in your Facebook app settings?

Hi Floor, is it possible for me to view a certain segment of my members? I would like to see just active members who aren't corporate members. I can view all active but would like to tag and segment out the corporate. How can I do this? Thanks very much.

Sorry for the late response, guess this one slipped through. At this moment, it's not possible to create your own filters, but that would be a great addition so I'll pass this on! For now, you might want to filter on memberships. I don't know if you can seperate your clients that way, but you can at least filter per membership in the clients and staff app :)

I want to add in more TRX and Rip Trainer exercises. The Rip Trainer is not on the list for equipment would it be possible for this to be added so I can have my work outs added properly and not going with the best closest match.

Hi there, we will add the Rip Trainer to the list of equipments asap. Meanwhile you can just add the exercises without setting the equipment. This is only used for filtering / quick searching on equipment, but you can easily find them by searching on name, so that should work okay as well.

Hi, your clients can connect their Fitbit to Virtuagym via Account Settings -> Connections. Please note it can take a bit to sync, as the data is synced a few times per day.
