Hey guys...pls suggest some good exercise for neck. I have very long lean neck which causes always pain. And second thing.. my ankles are also thin and they dont take body load on it and try to become twist. Please advice some good exercise to make them thick. Thanks

Before you start doing any physical activity it would be wise to have a physiotherapist have a quick look over your aches and pains, however in regards to trying to make your neck look less "Lean" as such you could focus on your Trapeziu...
